Turn repetitive business work into smarter workflows
WhatsApp automation, conversational flows, system integration and custom software, planned around how your team already works. We start by mapping the work, then automate only the parts that are worth it.
Most of the cost sits in the gaps between systems.
An enquiry arrives on WhatsApp after hours and waits until morning. A lead from the website is copied into a spreadsheet, then into the CRM, then into a quotation. A weekly report is rebuilt by hand from three different tools. None of it is difficult. All of it takes time, and every manual step is a place where something is missed.
Automation helps when it removes those steps without making the business harder to run. So we do not start with a tool. We start with the work: what happens, who does it, how often, and what it costs when it goes wrong.
- Work first, tools second. The workflow is mapped before any platform is chosen.
- Automate what repeats. Rare or judgement-heavy steps usually stay with people.
- AI where it earns its place. Used for drafting, sorting and summarising when it is reliable enough, not by default.
- A person stays accountable. Every automated flow has an owner and a way to step in.
Six kinds of work, usually combined.
WhatsApp Business automation
Greeting, routing and follow-up flows on the WhatsApp Business platform, so first replies go out promptly and enquiries reach the right person. Read more
Chatbots and conversational flows
Website and messaging assistants that answer common questions, collect the details your team needs and hand over to a person when they should. Read more
CRM and lead management integration
Enquiries from your website, forms and messaging captured once and passed to the CRM or sheet your team works from, with nothing re-typed. Read more
API and third-party integrations
Website, accounting, inventory, payment and messaging tools connected so data moves between them on its own. Read more
Custom software development
Business applications built around a defined workflow, where no packaged product fits without constant workarounds. Read more
Legacy software modernization
Older systems improved one part at a time, or migrated to a modern platform, keeping what already works. Read more
Every engagement is scoped in writing. Which of these you need, and in what order, is decided in the workflow audit, not assumed in advance.
Find out what is worth automating before you pay to automate it.
A short, structured look at how enquiries, orders, approvals and reports move through the business today. You receive a plain-language document you can act on with us, with another provider, or not at all.
- A map of the current workflow and the tools involved
- The repeated manual steps, and roughly how often they happen
- Where enquiries or data are delayed, duplicated or lost
- Which steps suit automation, which suit AI assistance and which should stay manual
- Options with their trade-offs, in priority order
- What any recommended platform or licence would involve
The audit is not a commitment to build. Sometimes its conclusion is that a setting change or a better form fixes most of the problem.
Built for businesses where enquiries and admin compete for the same people.
This is most useful where a small team handles a steady flow of enquiries, bookings or orders, and where a slow or missed reply costs real business.
Honest note: if your volume is low and your team replies quickly, automation may add more to maintain than it saves. We will say so.
- B2B founders and growing service firms
- Healthcare groups, clinics and pharmacy businesses
- Real estate developers handling site-visit and project enquiries
- Education groups and institutions managing admissions and parent queries
- Enterprise service providers with several disconnected systems
- Teams still moving data between tools by hand
Six steps, and the first two decide the rest.
Map the workflow
How work actually moves today, from first contact to the final report, in your team’s words.
Find the repeated work
The steps that happen often, follow clear rules and cost time or enquiries when they slip.
Design the flow
What triggers each step, what it does, who is notified and where a person takes over.
Build and connect
Configuration, integration or development in stages you can see and test as they take shape.
Test with real cases
Real enquiries and records run through the flow before it goes live, with a way back if needed.
Hand over and improve
Documentation, access and training for your team, then adjustments as volumes and needs change.
Where automation usually helps first.
Enquiries and follow-up
An after-hours WhatsApp or website enquiry receives a prompt acknowledgement, the key details are collected, and the right person is notified with the conversation attached. A follow-up is scheduled if nobody replies.
Records and reporting
A lead entered once flows into the CRM, the quotation and the weekly report. Staff stop re-typing the same information, and the numbers in the report match the numbers in the system.
These are illustrations of common patterns, not results from a specific client. Your workflow audit shows which apply to you.
Three engagement types, each scoped in writing.
Strategic audit
An assessment of your workflows and systems, with recommendations and a prioritised action plan. A sensible first step for most businesses.
Growth engagement
Implementation of the agreed flows and integrations, followed by ongoing optimisation as your volumes and processes change.
Enterprise partnership
Tailored, multi-workstream engagements covering automation, integration and software, with a defined scope, named contacts and regular reporting.
We do not publish a rate card. Pricing depends on scope and is set out in a written proposal before any work begins, including any third-party platform or licence costs.
The things worth knowing before you start.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already use. Replacement or custom software is recommended only when the audit shows the current system cannot do what the business needs.
Will AI reply to our customers on its own?
Only where you decide it should, and only for questions it can answer reliably. Many businesses start with AI drafting or sorting messages for a person to approve. Every flow includes a clear hand-over to your team.
Can you automate WhatsApp for our business?
Yes, using the WhatsApp Business platform and its rules on templates and consent. What is possible depends on your account type and the approvals the platform requires, which we check before building.
What does it cost?
It depends on the workflows involved and the platforms you use. That is why we start with an audit. Any proposal lists our fees and any third-party subscription or licence costs separately.
Who owns the flows and the code?
You do. Configurations, documentation, credentials and any custom code are handed over, so you are not dependent on us to keep things running.
How do you handle our customer data?
Access is limited to the people doing the work, and data handling is agreed in writing. See our Data Protection & Confidentiality Commitment.
Tell us which work keeps repeating. We will tell you what is worth automating.
Send a few lines on how enquiries, orders or reports move through your business today. We will come back with an honest view and, where it helps, a proposal for a workflow audit.
