Tell us the problem. We will tell you if we can help
No discovery call before anyone has said anything useful. Send us what you are trying to achieve and we will come back with a written scope, a timeline and a price – or an honest note explaining why we are not the right people for it.
Five steps, and none of them is a sales sequence.
You send the brief
By WhatsApp, email or phone – whatever is quickest. A few lines is enough to start; the checklist below covers what makes a proposal more accurate.
We read it and ask
Usually two or three specific questions rather than a form. If we already have enough to scope the work, we skip straight to writing it up.
A call, only if it helps
Thirty minutes where there is real complexity to work through. Not a standing requirement before anyone will quote you.
You get it in writing
Scope, deliverables, timeline, price and what is specifically excluded. Written so you could hand it to a colleague and they would understand what they are buying.
You decide, in your own time
No expiring discounts, no follow-up sequence. If the timing is wrong, tell us and we will leave you alone until it is not.
The more of this we have, the more accurate the number.
- What you sell, and to whom
- The outcome you actually want
- Which service you think you need – or that you are not sure
- Your website and any relevant links
- The market or region you are targeting
- Any deadline or event driving the timing
- What you have already tried
- Who will be our point of contact
- A rough budget range, if you have one
- Anything that has gone wrong before
A budget range is not a trap. It tells us whether to scope a focused piece of work or a broader programme, and it saves you reading a proposal for something you were never going to buy.
Three routes. All of them reach a person.

What you will actually receive.
One document, written in plain language, with the parts most agencies leave out.
- What we understood the problem to be
- Scope, broken into named deliverables
- Timeline with the dependencies marked
- Price, and how it is structured
- What is explicitly not included
- What we need from you, and when
- How results will be measured
- What happens if it is not working
Third-party costs – media spend, platform fees, licences – are always listed separately from our own fee, so you can see what is going where.
Things we will not put in a proposal.
What we will not promise
Guaranteed search rankings. Guaranteed placement in a named publication. A guaranteed cost per lead before we have seen a single day of your own data. Anyone offering these is quoting an average and hoping.
What we will do instead
Tell you what the work involves, what it has produced in comparable situations, and what would have to be true for it to work here. Then measure it honestly and tell you if it is not working.
The proposal you can trust is the one that says what it will not do.
Start from the outcome, not the service name.

Before you send anything.
How long until we get the proposal?
Usually within three working days of having enough information. Where the scope is genuinely complex, we will tell you how long it will take rather than go quiet.
Does a proposal cost anything?
No. Scoping and the written proposal are free. Paid work begins only once you have accepted something in writing.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Some work is a fixed-scope project, some is a monthly engagement. Where it is monthly, the notice period is short and stated in the proposal – not buried in an annexure.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We are based in India and work with clients internationally. Time zones, invoicing currency and communication cadence are agreed at the proposal stage.
What is the smallest project you take?
Smaller than most people expect. If a focused piece of work would solve the problem, we would rather quote for that than sell you a retainer you do not need.
What if we already have an agency?
That is common. We frequently run one part of the work alongside an existing team. Tell us who does what and we will scope around them rather than over them.
Send us a few lines. We will do the rest.
You do not need a finished brief or a fixed budget. Tell us what is happening in the business and what you want to be different in six months.
