Where a migration needs exceptional work – extensive data cleaning, reconstructing records, or extracting data from a system with no export route – we quote that work before starting, and you decide whether to go ahead.
What does the monthly subscription include?
Use of the software on a recurring monthly basis, in place of a large licence purchase. It does not automatically include every customization, integration, third-party licence or additional service. Your written quotation lists what is included and what is charged separately.
Which ERP systems can you migrate from?
It depends on how your current system stores data, how that data can be exported and what access you are able to give us. We do not publish a fixed list, because feasibility is decided by the data and not by the brand name. Tell us which system you use and the assessment will confirm what can be moved.
How long does an ERP migration take?
The timeline depends on the source system, the volume and quality of the data, the access permissions available and how much customization you need. We give you a timeline after the assessment, as part of the migration plan.
Will our operations be disrupted during the switch?
The aim is a smooth transition with minimal operational disruption, and the cutover is planned around your working pattern. We do not promise that a migration involves no disruption at all. The plan states what to expect and when.
Can the software be customized to how we work?
Yes, wherever technically feasible. ERP customization services are quoted separately, based on your requirements, and each item is scoped and priced before it is built.
Is this suitable for a small business?

Will you need access to our current system, and who owns the data?
